Frustrated And Hoping This Is Normal

I was looking for a particular picture and somehow it led me to all of these pictures from Georgia. My anxiety shot through the roof, my chest hurt, my hands shook. I only moved from there August. Is it normal to already have PTSD problems with it? I'm gonna get my parents to buy me a Serenity Prayer dog tag necklace (easy to keep with me and hide if I'm afraid someone will realize where the prayer is from). Something to keep with me and hold and remind me of where I am now. I'll need it if GA is now a trigger.

I'm not too sure what you're asking - you said is it normal to already have PTSD problems with it, but I can't tell from what you've written what the 'it' is.

Apologies if I'm being really dim or if this follows on from another thread which I've missed that has more background in it.

Oh, sorry. Georgia was where a lot of trauma was. My last trigger was police lights, and the incident was in Georgia, but now just looking at pictures from when I was in Georgia is becoming a trigger. I only left Georgia in August, so my question is, is it normal toalready be having PTSD problems?

I'm confused? Did you assume that moving would solve your problem? It oftentimes doesn't...

No, though I feel much safer here. I just thought it would take more time before Georgia, itself, would become a trigger. I also realized I had my first flashback where I could actually feel . I didn't see anything, but I could suddenly feel the humidity and I started to feel warm and sweat. It's below zero here, sweat is non-existant. So, really, I'm just frustrated that it happened so fast. And didn't know if it was normal to have my PTSD grab on to this so quickly.
