Glimmers

I heard today that it helps to look for GLIMMERS ( some say God’s goodness )

Today on my walk in nature I saw
wildlife
Flowers
a cool breeze
dogs out for a walk etc

I'm not a god botherer, but glimmers is cool

The smile on the face of my exercise class instructor was ace

It's 4am I had a violent flashback, wetting myself in the process and generally feel awful.

BUT

In the midst of all that, I'm now sitting here with a cup of tea trying to remember how to breath and the bats are all swooping round the garden. It's lovely to see
