Goal For The Day

Today my goal was to find a place that someone/people might just understand; and it will help me feel not so alone. "I feel good that I've found here!"

Today my goal was to get through (nearly 2 hours) of waiting at Centrelink, to 'hand in' an appeal form and not have an anxiety attack - successful :)

And to not say 'I hate 'f'ing Centrelink' more than 10 times - not successful ;)

My main goal for the day is to deal with my loneliness in a constructive way and to avoid falling into a pit of despair and depression. I am also dealing with some unfairness and jealousy that I'd like to process so that I can move out and away from it.

To finish making the Christmas cards I need to post with the small gifts I bought.

Going to visit my dog in "boot-camp" - and I know she will make me smile!

My goal for today was to not spaz over Thanksgiving coming up. So far I have managed to squelch most of it.
