Did my shift today at the yoga studio and stuck around to attend a meditation session. Meditation is very healing for me and I think I am going to try practicing it daily.
Went to restorative yoga today. Making soup. Dug out my juicer and made a glass of carrot/apple juice. Now I am digging through flyers to find some carrots, apples and beets on sale.
My main goal is to work on getting over this darn cold. I'm going to fight feeling useless by adding a few items to my online shops, it's productive but it won't be a strain.
My goal was to plant some free plants in my yard and shower. Did both. Now I need to make a call and I am dreading doing so, even though it is nothing bad. I've been putting it off. Once I do that I will have finished my goals for the day.
So, finished my CBT therapy yesterday. I have the option for aftercare if I need any supplemental sessions. I finished day 15 of my hot yoga and smoothie challenges this evening. Slowly getting back on my feet and it feels great.
My goal for tomorrow is to complete a painting that I'm almost done with. Of course I've almost been done with it for a month. HA! It would be particularly nice though since I told the recipient that it would be delivered on Friday. Blah!
