Enjoy a visit to a friend's house and not get angry when she says I could get better if I just made a bigger effort. She means well and loves me, but sometimes I get the urge to kill her.
So far I took my shower, bought groceries and went to the gym. I did a jogging/walking workout and did some weight lifting. I feel pretty awesome right now! In hind-sight I should have gone to the gym before showing, lol.
I bought some epsom salts with lavender oil for a bath tonight after I get my housework done. I think it should make for a very relaxing end to the weekend. :tup:
1. do some paperwork, although I keep on getting dizzy and having concentration problems.
2. To go for a walk.
3. Play some music.
4. Empty at least one more moving box. ( They have been lying around here for months already)
Shower. Pop into the office and then buy milk and lamb. Do a community car journey. Walk the dogs.
All accomplished, wow, am I on a roll or what :p. Tomorrow will be the real challenge, I have a report to do for my solicitor which I've avoided for 3 weeks and must do it.
