Goal For The Day

[Chincho]

Make the most of my T session.
Make it to the night without a meltdown.

1. Look through my boxes for a passport foto. (need it for an ID card)

2. Unpack 1-2 boxes. (This is not priority)

3. Go shopping

4. Clean for tomorrow (Friend is coming to stay with me.)

5. If I can't handle these tasks, do affirmations and say: Even if I can't handle these things and dissociate or get dizzy, I love myself and accept myself the way I am. (instructions from my T this morning)

Get a support cloth on this body by 12 noon. PS It's never gonna happen.

I accomplished all my goals, plus I cut my hair and my two boy's hair too!:tup:

I cleaned and did my shopping. But I didn't look through my boxes. When I got out of the supermarket I heard some music and followed it. A band doing street music. I felt the cool wind. It's nice outside today.

I've had a great couple of days. I've achieved everything I aimed to do plus a little more.

Today I will.

Clean the lounge.
Walk the dogs (again, I'm just back from their morning walk).
Prepare supper.
Light candles.
Relax with H, tonight is the start of our 5 day long weekend.

Make that much needed dentist appointment.

I did them!

Got dressed and took a walk.
Came back and took a shower.
Fixed french toast for the boys.
Cleaned up the living room.
Ordered a book I am going to start reading for a study with a couple of friends.
Monitoring my blood pressure.

Tonight:
Watch a football (soccer) game with the boys.
Play yahtzee.
