Goal For The Day

I feel like the cowardly lion before he saw the wizard of ox. I called the ceramics class for info and got a voicemail so I will have to keep trying to get ahold of the. I have to call when my husband is in the shower, do not want him to suffer another meltdown.

Have to get some courage and find home health care. I can do a search online. I will start with hospice and try to use them as a resouce.

Need to find my inner strength and courage to take the tiny baby steps that will take me to where I want to go. Tiny baby steps.

I will be ok. It will turn out ok. It is going to be alright. I need to quit what iffing myself. Had to take anxiety meds. Well those are my goals for today.:confused::eek::oops::cautious::sick::unsure:

Today I am going to return a pair of boots to Walmart, a dog gate to Petsmart (and get a new cat litter box and scratching post).

I'm going to contact a very nice gentleman from church who helped me move. He's been contacting me to make sure I'm ok, and I have totally ignored him these last couple of months. I need to make that right and also let him know what's going on and that I AM NOT looking for any kind of a relationship except friendship (in case he had any other intentions).

I am going to get organized at work and really get some work done. I hate not being able to concentrate and depersonalizing. I just can't seem to get anything done. I'm determined to do so today!

Feeling positive, so far so good.
 
Wow Jen, that's a lot of books. Makes me want to read them too.

My goals are to go to a bureacratic office to ask for help. And then go to a music store and check e-piano's for my daughters birthday. And if I feel up to it, go to the public library and get a libary card. And maybe meet up with a friend.

I think it is too many goals. The first two are the most important. Actually really hard for me . :eek:

I achieved yesterdays goals except walking the dogs. I was in such pain after acupuncture, H walked them for me :inlove:.

Spring clean the lounge

If I finish that I will be a happy bunny.
