Goal For The Day

My goal was simple, to get my laptop out of the shop. I missed having it, but I survived.:tup:

I want to have a good day with my husband and my daughter and her family coming over today. I want to laugh and have a good time. I hope I won't be too triggered by what is going on. If I can get through today and enjoy myself I will have accomplished my goal.

Going to lunch with my husband and a man at his work. I think it should be fun. But I had one of the worst nightmares I have ever had, so very poor sleep. I think this is caused by my medication, as I have never had such weird dreams or violent, clear nightmares and dreams before I took it.

Hope it goes well anyway, and I am able to shake the nightmare. That is my goal.

How to get my husband to talk to me and patch things up. He is so hurt over his hallucinations and delusions. He is not having anything to do with me. My family will come over later on. I hope everything is ok when they get here. Part 2 of my goal for today.

Shower and dress.
Take a lady to the day centre.
Take a lady to the doctors.
Collect meds from chemists.
Go to post office.
Collect lady from day centre.
Vacuum lounge.
Go to acupuncture.
Watch trashy TV for an hour.
Walk dogs.
Relax.

So far so good.

Geez KP put me to shame, you accomplished so much:tup: My goal for today is to post away to my hearts content. I am washing clothes today. I will have to run the dishwasher later on. Picked up the vacumn from the shop.

Maybe I will try to sleep, as I didn't get any last night.
