Goal For The Day

Practice changing for the better one tiny baby step at a time. I will survive what life has to throw at me one baby step at a time. I will rebuild my life from the ashes of despair.
 
My goal today is to get to work on bus without getting lost, to get there breathing, to have a great day with the children, to begin to form relationships with parents and then if I'm well enough to use my bus pass to view the local area.

Other goals are to get on with written work I have not had energy to do, to find out where local hospital is because I am in need of new breathing equipment and meds, to have a meal free day and my hardest goal of today is to tell my mother she is not part of my life anymore and until she makes changes in her life and develops some respect i am not going to be there for her, she has 3weeks of my financial support and then she will have to stand on her own two feet cause I'm done.
 
Go to therapy. I really want to cancel today. I just don't want to go anymore. I don't want to have a theraputic relationship. I want to be left alone. I know I will be happy I went, but I dread going. I used to want to go, and would count the days between appointments when I went twice a week but not anymore. I even cut it down to once a week.
 
I seem to have a problem waking up this morning, but when I do I have a busy day planned out for myself...

I have a T appointment where I need to remain calm and do a lot of talking. I am going to go to the shoe store and just look around an enjoy myself. Get some coffee. Try to keep a clear head and relax.
