Goal For The Day

Today I just want to get it over without exploding. Without losing it completely.

My new goal for today is to keep going. I feel as if all I want to do is crawl under the duvet.

To have a calm and relaxing day, keeping as many stressor's ways from hubby as I can.

Playing with our puppy, visit my man in the clinic and SMILE - for whatever reason!

To try and keep this good mood going as long as possible...

Shower...find a supermarket that does not have a petrol station thus ensuring a quick shop....visit hunny and try not to let mouth open without engaging brain today!

Yesterday he told me he was having trouble holding cutlery due to the pain from his wrist....dont think the reply was appreciated even if it was warrented,as to how he'd of had more to worry about than not holding his fork if we hadn't got to him quick enough...

Today my main goal is to stay positive while suffering from chronic (unexplained) nausea. To soothe and comfort myself in positive ways that take into consideration my physical ailments and limitations. The main thing is to not let illness make me start with the negative thinking patterns.:x3::tup:

Goal for today: to be thankful for all I have / forget about what I don't have / enjoy something.

Excersize, shower, take daughter shopping and to do some driving practice!

I took a shower.
I cooked dinner for the boys and did the dishes.
I took care of myself today! I feel more positive.
