Goal For The Day

I am not sure which class, but I need to do some school work today.

I just can't seem to get started. I have problems with motivation. :(
 
My Goals Today
- yard work (taming of the jungle)
- don't shoot anyone who may stop by and rationalize it with the saying 'curiosity killed the cat' :cautious:
- realize since I haven't been seen out much since last fall (October-ish), people might come say hello :unsure:
- take hourly breaks and drink plenty of water
- wear long sleeves and pants (it has nearly become a jungle)
- watch out for snakes in the tall grass

How to accomplish these goals: take one thing at a time, don't rush, wave hello to any passer-by, keep moving/working and they may not bother me, and use my mp3 to propagate a good and productive mood. Work in the front first, so if anyone were to stop to say hi, it won't be during a time you are too tired to be nice.

Work on my English Essay.
Fold the laundry.
Vacuum the living room and dining room.

Give budgie a bath.
Clean out her cage.
Clean the living room and brush the kitchen floor.
Move, clean and tidy my desk!!!

All done so the rest of the day is mine - well, until tea time.
 
I am a bit worn out today. I finished my goal of a good therapy session. We had a good conversation and very productive. I covered a lot of things and opened up quite a bit.

Goals for tonight....

Go to store and not freak out.
Finish Essay.
Study for Quiz tomorrow.
Start reading Anxiety and Phobia Workbook.

I hope I can finish all this.
