Goal For The Day

Go to my psychiatrist appointment
Go to a friends house for coffee after lunch. This will be the first time I socialize in almost two months. :oops:

The closer I get to the end of the semester the more I just want to relax and be goalless.

Dishes maybe? At some point.
Work on essay.
Be on this forum and the sexabuse one. Share more.
Read my book.

cleaned up after the dog, done.
get ready for the day,done
drive on the freeway hopefully without anxiety,
come home and write about it.
Be very gentle with my self today, Having a bad anneversary reaction about my son being killed in a motorcycle accident 4 years ago.
Journal about that.
call my daughter and beg to have the girls over this weekend because of my sons loss.
I love having goals

Eat lunch.
Make dinner. ( I don't know what yet!) Probably something Indian.

Get showered and dressed.
Walk dogs (morning)
Wash dishes.
Go for a meeting at work.
Go to physio (I hate acupuncture)
Walk dogs (afternoon)
Remember to eat properly.

Oh yeah, mission accomplished. I'm rewarding myself with a nice glass of wine. Supper is all ready to heat up and a CSI DVD is in the player, next RELAX.

I'm proud I walked the dogs as the weather is very wet and miserable.

Today my main goal is to relax and stay positive.
I also need to fix dinner for me and the boys and take a shower.

Walk dogs (morning)
Be in work for 8.30.
Do a community car journey.
Walk dogs (afternoon)
Vacuum lounge and light candles for H coming home.
Organise a late supper for us both.

I did not get much sleep last night so after my therapy this morning, I am coming back and going to sleep. :sleep:

Take out the trash and take a shower. I like having goals. It helps to get stuff done.
