I have some cleaning to do...trying to keep the house clean.

For today I will settle for not going into a panic and to hold the flashbacks and disassociation at bay whilst writing a statement of my trauma. Anything else will be a bonus.

do the wash, fold the clothes and put them away. Go for a mocha frappe. I already took a shower. I will take it easy and enjoy the day, Doing what I can.

Well the day is partially through and it was both reasonable and enjoyable at times. At this point my chief goals are for me to continue to manage the thoughts and feelings that have come up since speaking with my mother who's in the hospital, shower, attend ball game, locate missing #, call or visit Mom, find supper and/or eat and get out of the house tonight perhaps with a friend.

I also cooked something new for supper and went with H to walk the dogs.
