Goal For The Day

My goals:
To go up town with my sister and buy some things for myself without feeling bad.
To buy some clothes, suitcase, shoes and some computer ink.
To buy the girls a bouncy castle and trampoline and get their birthday gifts wrapped up.
To not have a melt down
To stay out of hospital

Attend the orientation with the others whom are enrolled at the student housing that begins in 20 minutes. (Am taking a 5 credit math course this fall).

A goal for within my day is to make sure I find name and phone # of dermatologist and to reach and schedule such urgent appt.

My goal was to remain optimistic and joyful. I think I did a good job of that. I remained mostly calm, but a bit tired.

Then,I went shopping at my favorite clothing store after my first day of school. It was wonderful to try on clothes and shop. I bought one very cute shirt.

Rest of the day I want to spend lots of time with H and relax.

Goal for the day, go and get tacos for dinner. Eat a relaxed dinner. Take out the trash. Enjoy my eveving. I am feeling so much better. It is good to have small goals. It gives a sense of accomplishment.

Rest of the day I want to spend lots of time with H and relax.

Doing a good job of this so far. Spent an hour in bed with H talking about our day and thoughts.

I have to take care of some basic stuff and then I am going to spend the day organizing my school stuff. I am not sure what else...I am doing okay. Today is my relax day in between days of school.

No.... Stop pretending trauma diary doesn't exist and write my final thing dealing with first trauma. :(

Go to bank, go swimming. That's it since I was up all night again. If I can do those 2 things I'll be good.

Heh. I completed my goal- didn't think it'd be possible after being triggered today but I did it.

Well, I went to the bank. Then I slept. Life is good when I sleep.
