Goal For The Day

Spend day at college without any worry and pressure. Without thinking too much what will be my dangers.

Proud of myself for making it through the past two days without any major PTSD flair ups. I upped the amount of Valium I was taking to offset the effects of the steroids and it has really helped.

My goal is to continue doing what my doctor tells me and stop thinking that I am somehow deficient because I need an anti-anxiety drug. He wouldn't have prescribed it if he didn't think I needed it. He is right and the results have been a much better quality of life for me and everyone around me.

ITL, I go round and round about that stuff. I have chronic pain as well as PTSD, and I don't take my pain meds like I'm supposed to. I wait until the pain is unbearable, then its hard to get under control. I do the same with my ativan. That ends up costing me in the long run. I'm glad you posted, I will take it as directed.

did my morning chores. I got sick with a ibs flare, So I waited it out. I went and picked up my zannax. I went to petco and got dog food and pine pellets for the cat. Then we went to get a choclate chip mocha frappe. They were very good. It looks liki ti will be rain. I am gald that I accomplished so much today. I love having a sense of accomplishment.

Wrapping up what I need to and then getting out of here tomorrow for a few days. Going to take a few days off from medical crap and just enjoy living.

Take a shower. Do the chores. Go to pick up the letter at the psychiatrist clinic, Go to the ups store and fax the information. Go and get another choclate chip mocha frappe and come home and do the wash. A busy day. Oh yes get gas,

I will study for a small test tomorrow and hopefully get all the info in my completely empty brain - it is about Emergency Trauma Response!! And I will have some unhealthy stuff to eat :D
