I need to be more observant when I go out and come home stressed especially this time of the year with being alone. I do so well and then it hits me!

Decided to rent a movie, and will watch it tonight, so that should help!

Doing well today. Goal was to get through the day and I am doing it well.

Goal was to do the grocery shopping that I haven't done in over 3 months and to do it without anxiety. I managed just fine and I am very happy for doing so.

To just take out the paperwork and open it least. One baby step. Forget about the one after. Its just pieces of paper with writing on it and nothing more.

Today when I ventured out, initially, I told myself, that it was okay to go to one store, and that whomever I would run into, that I would be okay. It was like I was giving myself permission to go with the flow.

Yes, I did run into folks that I knew but having this mindset definitely helped me while I was at this store!

Remain calm while shopping. Think of the English muffins I will buy and am looking forward to eating.

To get through the day without feeling down. Little nips bit at me but I pressed through. Now to get it to not even nip at me. That would be a real accomplishment.

Iron my son's tux for his chamber choir concert.
