I am going to have some fun. I have to go to the store to get a thermometer. I will look for tops for myself, and mabe some movies. I will get some frappes too. I will have a good day.

Two goals for today accomplished! I ate something besides saltines and I went to the grocery store. One more goal to go. Accomplishing the first two is giving me the courage to get through goal number three!

My goals were to get some things done in preparation for my son's birthday party and write in my blog. For better or worse, I did both.

Now, to get a good nights sleep so that I will be well rested tomorrow.

My goal for tonight is to get some good quality rest. Ms Spock recommended I use a tape when I sleep. I have one of Loons in the Morning Mist. I love the sound of Loons and I love the out of doors. so I'm hoping I can get some sleep. I hope you all rest well.

My goal for the day is to go to church and be able to stay for the first meeting. I'd really like to stay for all three meetings, but not sure if I'll be able to. I sort of over did the past few days, so the body is not doing very well. But the good thing is, my doctor is coming tomorrow.
