Goal For The Day

Take my dog to the vet to get her shots. Pray for my daughter who has to go to court for the permanent restraining order and she will see him there. I already chose to wash my hair.

Today was another rough day. I have begun to dread my approaching therapy appointments because they are difficult and emotionally draining. I made it to the food bank today to cook for the volunteers.

Therapy tomorrow.

I am hoping to get work and cleaning done tonight.

Two goals today are for me to practice patience (yet not too much) and to remember too the idea of self-preservation in the physical, mental health and spiritual realms.

My goal this morning is to do scripture study with my friend, vacuum my living room and bedroom, clean the kitchen.

To take out the trash. Mabe vacumn. For sure take a shower in the afternoon. Babysit my granddaughters while my daughter goes to talk with an lawyer. Write her a check to pay for it.

To haul the stuff for the donation center and load the car. To take a shower. To not sleep or lay down until my body says so and not my mind.

I am going to prepare for my presentation without killing myself with effort today.

Therapy was difficult today as expected. I went to the library today, got groceries, treated myself to a hot chocolate and did lots of walking. When I got home I cooked a meal for my roommates.

Relaxing in my bed early tonight with a few books.

I did okay with my presentation even though I didn't get to present today. I can do a little bit more on it. But I was a match for the rest of the class, so that was good.

Take my dog to the groomers and mabe take out the trash. It will be a easy day today.
