Goal For The Day

My goal for the last two weeks, if not longer, has been to get out of the house, even if just briefly. I've been getting better at it. Not panicking as much. Not that I do not have the negative thoughts, but I'm getting them under control. At least it seems that I am.
 
I did two goals so far today. I have two more to go - go to class and then see my friend today. She is coming over to assist me clean my house. I feel ashamed but grateful that she is going to help me.
 
My goal for today is to avoid my goal for today. And yes that actually makes sense in my twisted little brain.
How did that work out for you, beautifulbroken?

I've been avoiding this letter I have to write that my T asked me to do for the next session. I've decided it's easier to do a bullet point list version, so my goal is to do as much of the letter as I can. I might as well try it, if I really don't want to do it, I'll explain why I think it's stupid.
