Goal For The Day

Took the girls out to breakfast.

One of the few happy memories I have is eating breakfast with my dad. He made the best bacon and eggs.

To be proactive about my day. To help my friend finish cleaning his flat.

To do some cleaning in my home tonight. Do 15 minutes sitting meditation. Do a movement meditation CD.

My goal is to get a gift certificate for my daughter for her birthday package.

Don't know why, but every year as it gets close to Labor Day, as it is now, I start trying to get everything in order.

I go room to room and look at what I might need and stock up on it. I must be ready for the change of seasons that Labor Day means to me!

I am going to help out a friend.

Then I am going to art class.

My challenge that I've set for myself today is to ask a friend for a cuddle and some comfort...maybe sex.

Mine is to just get through this day. Helped my dad build our porch yesterday and all of us are now feeling it. Very tired but lots to do. That and my therapy appointment isn't until late in the day when I usually crash. Just have to get through the rest of today and I can crash tomorrow.

Goals are to get my son to practice, pick up the yard since it is cluttered with scrap wood, water all the plants outside that are desperately thirsty because of the heat wave we are having. Need to do all this without collapsing from the heat.
