Goal For The Day

I already went out to take care of some of the stuff, I have to do, after my husband died. I have grief group later on. Mabe I will pick up something for dinner.

I picked up the disk of the x-rays from my doctor's office and took them to my chiropractor. I have an appointment with her next week. She said that she will study them and show me how I can open the disk so I will be able to see what the x-ray report is saying.

Go to class this afternoon and choir practice. Also do my listening to sounds exercise for 20 minutes my therapist recommended.

Have manage to make it through the day, without napping, in the theory, I can rest easier tonight, when I go to bed, at my normal time.

To make a little clay pot for offerings to nature spirits...which I've done. I also want to do some work on a still life that is in my studio, so heading out now to do that.

To get all the washing done dried and ironed, so I can start packing for our holiday.

To get myself in the mood for the first time to the gym in three or four weeks. Ugh, it's going to be hard, but my youngest asked me if we could go so go we will.

Today I was queen for a day. My friend called her sister and she trimmed and styled my hair for free.
Then my friend took me clothes shopping and I bought a ton of stuff.

I do not know how to shop. I now have pants with zippers. Thank goodness.

To go into to my volunteering at the minor art studio and go through the motions.

My goal is to go to an appointment that I'm nervous about. New doc, perhaps wants to dick around with my meds I'm guesssin. Thing is, it's a week until school starts here so he better move it or lose it because I'm not losing it in the first week of school lmao. I hope he can figure out the mystery which is my fabulous brain, and my stunning immune system.
