Goal For The Day

Hard to do
Yep, it is. You have to be present and able to concentrate. Have you tried recorded books? I have some and I find it easier to listen to the hard stuff and take notes, rather than read it and take notes.

My goal is to be engaged in therapy today, and work on what is causing all these flashbacks.
 
No I haven't tried recorded books. I wonder if my mind will turn off what I am listening to? It's worth a try though. Thanks for the suggestion.
 
My goal for today was to just get through today without darkness. Even though it is only mid afternoon, I think I made it. I'm awake. I don't feel doomed. This is all good.
 
Goal for today is to keep up this positive feeling I've had since this morning. I still had a hard time reading a quote about being grateful I woke up, but, other than that, I have been feeling up beat. I even went on a small walk. Maybe I can even get some writing in.
 
Get through the school run without dissociating and then exercise, sand the front door, collect kids, go to park (don't dissociate) then collect final child after football club and then go to friend's house for playdate (and again, be cool), then get through bath/ bed without getting angry with the angels and then try to be a good wife (without losing plot) and DO NOT DRINK before bed. :)
 
I want to go and get my tire fixed. I need to take a shower and repack my bag to go to my daughters house. Run some errands.
