Mine was to get through the day without hardly crawling into bed. I did so so. I've got to figure out what will motivate me. I know the depression gets in the way, but I need to push through this.
Well I made it until 5:30 p.m. yesterday and then I stayed in bed until this morning around 8. It's upsetting my husband. He's getting worried. I'm somewhat worried.
My goal is to shower today and get ready to go out later with my husband grocery shopping. I have all day to get my self to that place. I have to get it in my head.
I made it to the shower, not as difficult as it use to be. I also made it out of the house for my boys. I went to get lunch. I feel better having done that.
