Goal For The Day

To sign the counter offer on my mobile home in order to get it into Escrow tomorrow.

Go and get my hair done with my daughter for some girl time.

Come home and take a shower.

Find a way not to feel in shock and feeling numb at my good news.

The goal of the day was to pick my dog up at the groomer's and then go back out to grocery shop. I haven't done that on my own in years. Since I ended up crying in the grocery store after my mom died. That's been about three years. Thankful to my husband for doing the grocery shopping or waiting and doing small grocery shopping together. I managed just fine. It was almost like the first time. I did it.

To go through a packing box sometimes today. Already took a shower, and will take a nap later on.

I guess today is going to be huge day. Try not react to anger and respond it with no response to it. This is mentally demanding, but I really need to sort this out. Also to find a way healthy way to let out anger.

I totally gave myself the day off and just relaxed and did some things that made me feel very good.

My goal was to get through my family gathering and also stay on this diet. Achieved both. Awkwardly, but done.

My goal for today is to go home take some pain killers and put my feet up on the couch.

My goal is to stay focus on myself and be careful. Focus on working on healing and right now I am aware I have not solved laziness fully.

Goal is to go to my doctor's appt. I also had to take my son to his drivers ed. This means I have to shower. Shouldn't be so hard.

Mabe going through a unpacked box to search for some missing items. Having a blast with my family all morning with us talking and laughing and just being silly.

My nerves seem to be on an overload status, so taking things easy. I did go for a walk this morning as I thought that would help.

My insurance agent is coming by the house later on to drop off the new insurance policy for me so other than that, will just try to have a low-key day.
