Thank you Ms Spock - I really needed to read this today. Didn't want to - but needed to.

It is a tough one GreenFrog2. If I really get hold of that one and run with it I think it might be empowering as well. (I am not yet that advanced! lol)

Relieved to read this stat - helps knowing that there are others out there like me.

It is reassuring to know that it is a cultural and social phenomena, rather than just a personal one.

Mostly my goal for today is to stay alive. I see my doc on Tuesday.

Staying alive is a great goal GreenFrog2. It is one of the basics!

I am so glad that you get to see your Doctor on Tuesday. You certainly have been having a rough time of it lately.

Stay alive GreenFrog2. We need all the greenfrogs we can get these days. :D
 
Well I pushed outside my helplessness and frozen zones today. There is a balance in doing this that I am learning. Not too much or I move fast but I am not there and I am dissociated. Not too little or I stay in my frozeness. The more I practice in getting this right the more I will heal and progress.

Remember we are laughing with you not at you :)

I do clumsy things like this sometimes or say some real silly things, I think it is good therapy to be able to laugh at the situations we can find ourselves in. :)

Don't let this put you off going again. And well done for getting there in the first place. :)

Mrs Spock: At least you are trying right? Kudos for that and to you.

saffy: I am laughing at it now. My bro and I decided maybe a later run will be better for me, less confusions around me to make me distracted. It could have gone worse right? I am know to be a huge klutz. I run into walls on a constant basis, trip over my feet, etc to name a few of my brilliant dance moves.

safenow: You are such an inspiration to me. I wanted you to know that.
