Graduating Php

For me this is huge, since I didn't even know if I would continue after the first couple of days. But today I am graduating from the partial hospitalization program that I have been attending since just before Thanksgiving. I am feeling stronger and proud of myself. I know there is still a long journey ahead, but for now I am allowing myself to experience the positive and embrace today as a major accomplishment on my journey.
