Halloween 2016

I get dressed up for it that day with a sweatshirt and mask that are Halloween oriented, kind of ghosty and graveyard themed. I will be going about my business that day mostly as usual, just being a bit of a scary person, but not trying openly to scare anyone. In other words, I won't say, "Boo!" to anyone or anything like that.

I have some candy for the kids if they come by, although it is sugar free, since that way I can eat it if they don't come by to claim it. I do enjoy seeing the children dressed up, however, I will not open my door to anyone after about 7PM. At that point, I am guessing will be the pranksters, if there are any. Even earlier in the day, I will peep through the peep hole, to see who is knocking, if anyone knocks. I plan to be cautious and careful! (While at the same time have a bit of fun).

I had a relative come over from out of town and I opted to stay at home with them and visit. I was also physically and mentally tired and needed to rest so I missed out on the Halloween party, but had a good visit and got a bit of rest.

My sister did go to the party and came in late so I haven't heard yet how things went yet as she is still sleeping, but I assume it went well.

After my relative/visitor went to bed, I watched a good ghost story /movie on Netflix and then went to bed myself.

It was a bit of a disappointment that I didn't go to the party, but I did have a nice Halloween and the weekend isn't over.
