I was also a food addict, which you might not think of as substance abuse, but it can be.

Absolutely it can be, also bloody hard to control something you can't stop using.

I have been on prescription drugs, including the Benzo called Clonazepam (spelling might be wrong)....

I gained 50 lbs on Zyprexa and ended up on Phentermine to lose the weight. I sued the doctor for malpractice because I never needed an antipyschotic.
