PTSD has really been worn out quickly in courts due to the sheer amount of people who have used it as a defence, or tried to use it.
Most countries have that law, being "reasonable accommodation" within employment. Lawyers will love to tell you that you can sue for unfair work practices, but really, all that will happen is that you will give the lawyers lots of money, and get nothing from it... other than the loss of lawyer fee's.
When you lookup "reasonable accommodation" in law, especially "reasonable", then it's no longer reasonable if you are:
If you had a melt-down once a month, that is reasonable. Weekly, daily... that is no longer reasonable, and you will lose in a court of law.

- costing the employer ongoing costs that outweigh your employability,
- abusing staff or customers on a regular basis,
- not turning up due to sickness or injury on a regular basis,
- etc etc...
