I just bought a new puppy. I have been thinking for the past year about having an emotional support puppy. I finally made it happen.

This puppy is fun, smart, cuddly and she has a bit of a hard past so it makes us feel a bit closer! She's part border collie and I don't know what else. The poor girl was found in a park tried to a tree. She hadn't eaten for a week, the poor thing. Someone found her and put her up or sale.

We clicked the second we met and she's already helped bring my anxiety level down quite a bit. My partner is away for a few weeks and usually when he leaves, I become very unstable. He's been gone for a couple days now and I've only had ONE panic attack. Usually it's one panic attack after another.

She's a life saver. Her name is Mika and she's 4 months old. She's already been through so much and already helped me in more ways than I ever thought. We relate so much and everything is fantastic now! Everything will be perfect once my partner was back in a couple of weeks.

Very cute puppy. I'm glad she is helping your anxiety level go down already.

I adopted a border collie a few years ago. Evidently he was mixed with something cause he now weighs 110 lbs.

The best things about pets is their unconditional love. I can be so totally lost in my head and my dogs still love me.

Wow! I have another dog that weighs that much! He's like a horse. Hehe.

That's definitely what I love about dogs. I could be dissociating really badly, not know where I am or whats going on and she's there to ground me. She is the sweetest thing. And the best thing about her being an energetic puppy is that there's not one day that I don't laugh. She is always doing something to make me giggle.

Thanks Anthony. Glad you checked out my blog. She's an anxiety saver, that's for sure. Never had my anxiety this under control. Feels great!
