Welcome Alisa, I have worked in Emergency response for the last twelve years as a Police Controller (UK). I have dealt with some of the most grave situations life can throw at us and always stayed calm under pressure sometimes managing a dozen life threatening situations and other peoples lives in my hands at the same time all at once. I however on personal level crack in the "real" world. I could never deal with conflict within my own family and would simply not be able to cope with conflict at all.
