I know just how you feel by being frustrated by starting over with square one. When I went to college I had to leave my old therapist behind and start afresh, only to have to switch every year. It's a terrible feeling to rehash everything all over again! I hope you're able to find a counselor/therapist who can offer you some relief, but until then at least we have this site to gain strength from!
