Wow, I just read something written by Anthony that really stopped me in my tracks.

Do not give somthing that you dont have yourself yet.

That has really wowed me. It is so true and so entirely what I have always done. So thank you to the forum and to Anthony already.

I was diagnosed with PTSD a while back and I think that the majority of people who know me would be suprised as I guess like many people I hide it well.

I live in England by the way.

Im really looking forward to using this forum and meeting fellow survivors.
