I went to the b&n to check out his book. Hmm........... I think he's just another person jumping on the band wagon of PTSD. It's no more helpful than the books and videos posted here and they're free for a look. He's looking to make a buck in my opinion.

Our pain is real enough without people looking to capitalize on it.

And why some either don't see the banner at the top of the site or think that somehow THEY are exempt is a total mystery to me.

There is better advice from the people here than what is contained in most of the books about PTSD. We live it.
