Dear FF,
I am back and have been a while but needed to settle back in. I'm now back to normal. It's been a bit boring lately even, but oh well, that is life here.
When I was at the hamster sitter's home there was a lot of fun. I'm curious by nature so all those rabbits and the little dog were real interesting. Always something or someone to watch!
When I got home though, I was quite exhausted and was incredibly grateful to find a quiet peaceful home that I could just rest in. There was no sound, amazing! It took me about a minute to recognize my cage! That is really not a lot considering I have such a little brain and am very forgetful! It made p-no happy, too.
She then gave me a goody and I smelled at her hand but I didn't like it. She tried again a few seconds later and then, she said, my head went up in recognition, my eyes flew open, and, boy, did I grab a hold of that goody!!! I had her back! I was at home! I had peace and quiet and a lot of time outside my cage! I was so thrilled, that first night I was waiting for p-no already at around 9 pm!
P-no says I appear to be still a little doubtful with regard to being taken out of my cage really every night. I wasn't allowed to go anywhere for a whole week so, I admit, I can get panicky once in a while if p-no doesn't take me out the instant I see her in the room. But, so far, I've been allowed to go out and about every night ever since I've been home so I'm sure things will be fine.
Yesterday p-no spent half a day with a new friend of hers. They went for a long, long walk in the autumn sun. And... brought back some autumn leaves for me. Here's a photo. :)
Pleased to be back -- I hope you are all well! :inlove:
Your friend,
Finn
