Absolutely.

Whether you have PTSD, think you might have PTSD, are wanting to learn about PTSD because of a friend/loved one, want to learn because you’re a student, therapist, journalist, politician, police, etc.? ALL THINGS PTSD, we do here.

That’s an incredibly narrow focus, in some regards (for general mental health? Seek NAMI, and similar, for peer support)… but also wide open doors.

So it really depends on what you’re looking for, if this can be a resource for you. More about PTSD? Got it! More about trauma? Eh. Maybe 8%. Total mental health? 0.2%.

Single focus: PTSD/CPTSD. But WHY you want to learn more? Pretty much any/every reason under rhe sun; For yourself, your career, someone you love, general info? All good.
