Hi Mina!

I am from Colorado- you read the name right! I am so glad I found this forum- I posted yesterday (that got erased in the "shit happens" yesterday lol!) that I am so glad to finally be in touch with people who understand how crazy it can feel to have ptsd. I was diagnosed with cptsd this week and just knowing that there's a reason I am the way I am makes such a difference. I really did think I was the only one who felt this way and I didn't know why. I know it will be a struggle to work on my issues but I am so happy that I don't have to do it alone!! I am just so thankful I found this community of support and I am looking forward to getting to know you and the other members here. :)
