Welcome! I would say something like its nice to see you in here and all .... But if you are running around with the beast of PTSD inside its not a ton of fun and it sucks to have to deal with it. The up side is you are among friends and we will help out if you need it. Take small amounts of whatever you end up reading in here as to much can trigger bad things. Thats my .02 for the day. Hope you find some sunshine today somewhere. Maybe in all the hello's you managed to get. :)
