I have been diagnosed with chronic ptsd, and have been a survivor for 29 years now, and was undiagnosed for over 25 years. I am learning something new about being ptsd everyday. some of the things I have learnt have really helped me lately. I thought I knew myself, but I really don't.
I have had neack and shoulder pain all my life and have only just realised the link between that pain and my anxiety. I have also suffered from varying bruxism issues, clenching of teeth, sucking of gums etc.. anyway i am sure I will pop on here for a chat from time to time. I think i am complicated, but now that I am learning about what ptsd does, I think maybe I have quite simple needs, but the ptsd makes life complicated.
Catch u again.
