Yes, the piano, same for me, some times working the keyboard is my best escape. It keeps me from thinking about anything else. I think I mentioned this elsewhere but many folks do all types of art therapy: music, drawing, writing, etc. You might keep a journal or write poems. It will help you release stuff and help when you go in for treatment to organize the time.
