Hii, my name is Dana. I'm very spiritual. And clairsentinent. I suffer kinda from fragmentation in my personality. Like there's different parts of me that are uintegrated yet. I'm working on integrating them back to myself, becoming whole. They call this in spiritual terms, soul loss as well and hope to find a shaman to help me if I ever still find difficulty a couple months down. I don't really see myself as traumatized but It seems I was because parts of me is fragmented. I hope to make friends and support for what I am going through. <3

Welcome Dana, so happy you are here. We all go about our healing in different ways, and am very interested in how you are doing yours. Looking forward to seeing you around the forums. A very supportive place to be. sending 's of welcome if you accept.

Hi Dana,
Welcome to the forum.

It's not so long since even the idea of PTSD was "fringe" and not officially recognised

more recently, EMDR, was "alternative", now it is one of the main treatments on offer.

If stuff works, it works.

Welcome to the forums!

I await to hear from you and how your healing is going :)

In my language, we don't call it mental disorder, it's actually called "sickness of soul", duševna bolest.

Really hoping to hear about the methods used and similar, as I never had the experience of meeting a shaman :)

Sending warm hugs

Welcome to the forum. I say, who cares what they want to call it. Although I do like the gentler terms. ;) Heal, not hurt that's my motto. I hope you find the information and kind people here helpful to you in your road to recovery.:happy::hug:
