I think third party candidates deserve a more serious look in this election.

I completely agree!

But, not real likely to happen. It seems like a war between Clinton and Trump and the others dont have a shot. But i do agree its needed and possibly our only hope of real change.

Im almost positve that im either voting libertarian or not at all. Voting just to keep the other one from being President is a horrible way to vote and honestly im starting to dislike Trump as much as I do Clinton and he scares me with his 3 "nukes questions" and i feel voting is important so libertarian is likely it for me.

Its so odd to listen to my dad. He is a Trump "worshiper" and its odd to hear him and what he says. That scares me too. Some of the reckless things he says that he would have never said before this election. Like what is that hold? I know Americans are fed up and want a change but thats not wanting a change, thats different.

I think its reckless to forget we have 2 other parties. We need to include "3rd party" in this discussion of the election! We really do!

Trump's talk about nuclear weapons is definitely SCARY. He keeps saying why take nukes off the table? Maybe because more than politics, we all want to survive as a planet and species?? He said he's open to using it in even in Europe.This and his constant praise of Putin has led 50 top GOP aids and former members of cabinet to sign an open letter decrying Trump. Michael Morrell, GOP and former CIA director also came out in support of Clinton, saying that Trump is an unwitting agent of Russia, as well as a national security risk. You can find both stories in the NY Times and WaPo.

I like everything that Jill Stein says and wants to do. The problem is she wouldn't get much support once in office. I would like to vote my conscious and was planning to but I am starting to lean towards Hillary because everybody else is voting against their fear, and staying in the dual two party system, which might put Trump in office. Vote for whom you'd most want in office. Not to keep someone out of office. I think thats the issue today. People vote for the other canidate because they dont want to the opposite canidate in office. Not for whom they agree with the most. Its that mentality that will be the fall of this country in my opinion.

Yes, it may be the "lesser evil" but that cant be helped if all "evil" is up there as i believe it is our duty to vote. So whom do you agree with most? Stien? Then vote for Stien. Dont worry about Trump or a "wasted vote" as you voted for whom you want to see in office.

I agree with @lostforgottensoul so much. Vote your conscience. We can survive any of these people but we can't survive a nation who has lost the courage to listen to its conscience and do the right thing, whatever that right hung is for each person.

The GOP let Trump get this far because they feared Hillary would be worse so we have to go with Trump as the only person who can beat her. They shut out a conscience vote at the convention. Don't be like them. Pick who best represents you.

(I met Stein once and while I don't agree with her on a handful of things, I think she would do fine as president. She has not lost sight of her own conscience.)

Thanks. I liked the video. I will look into Johnson more. I wish Stein and Johnson supporters would find a way to work together. Together the two parties could do so much more and have such a greater impact.

I've been considering evan McMullin more and more simply because I'm so done with parties.

I would so love to go have a beeer and hike a mountain with Johnson though and it's nice to have someone running that doesn't make my soul revolt.

It's important to remember a vote for whom you vote is a vote for them and no one else.

For example,
Voter A votes for Clinton
Voter B votes for Trump

Tally:
Clinton 1
Trump 1

Voter C votes for Johnson
Voter D votes for Stein
Voter E votes for Mickey Mouse

Tally for Clinton and Trump did not change.

Voters C, D, and E did not vote for anyone but whom they voted for.

OMG if I could say that a thousand times. My dad keeps saying that a vote for Johnson or Stein is a vote for Clinton. No its not, its a vote for Johnson or Stein. Then he says no vote is a vote for Clinton. No its not, its not a vote. So basically, to him, if i dont vote Trump then its a vote for Clinton. No it isnt!

I wont vote either one as i majorly dislike both of them!
