Feeling this way again. Achey, tired, fatigued, can't sleep, just terrible. So down. I've been like this a few days now. I have so much to look forward to, too, so trying to hold onto that. I have therapy today so hopefully that'll help some, just so cranky and irritable. I'm doing my self care stuff, though.
