How Can A Single Person Cause Triggers/stressors

Based on my experience, people cannot be triggers. There must be many factors which eventually would cause...

Before I educated myself on PTSD was literally ready to jump off a bridge. I can't even describe how my life changed when I fianlly found people who would listen to me and understand what I was saying. Calling hotlines or speaking with police officers has helped alot letting me know i am doing the right things

Dealing with PTSD doesn't suck. Dealing with ptsd when no one around you knows what you are talking about sucks.
