How do i continue working?

The dissociation, anxiety, depression, OCD and exhaustion are in that hypervilagace state daily and worse at work. But, I'm supposed to be able to work 5 days a week of which I don't. I'm not certain my T knows how much work I miss. To make matters worse, I'm being harassed and targeted at my office. Yes my boss is aware but does nothing. It's horrible. My parts are twirling around each having different thoughts. I feel so trapped, alone, scared, and on and on. But, I'm expected to be there 5 days a week. On the weekends I have migraines from the stress. I'm so very sad.
