@Fadeaway I've been using a proxy server for my emails, so I don't think that's how he got it. I guess he could have gotten it somehow since I got the baby's social security number, since my address is then on file with the secretary of state in my state. There are all those shady "find anyone anywhere" websites ...

Well, I responded with a simple: "Can you tell me how you got my address?" (Why? So that there's documentation for court that I never gave him my address and I am alarmed by him sending me photos of my house, a stunt that is creepy/taunting).

He claims he "had it written on a piece of paper" that I must have given him.

I definitely did not.

That documentation attempt backfired. Deleting my email account it is.

You need to convey this to the authorities. If you have genuine concerns and have documented evidence then this will strengthen your case. It seems to me he has little case to now wish to access considering abandonment is proved here. I suggest you take advice on this sharing your concerns and producing evidence where possible to back your case which i would say is a strong one. He appears to have abandoned whatever meager rights he might have had and may have a selfish motive for shared responsibility such as increased benefits . Be strong stand firm
