Some people run away when PTSD is disclosed, and I think a lot of times it is because they have their own trauma issues and they don't want to deal with them.
I got lucky; my significant other has dealt with another person's PTSD in the past and is open to me sharing about mine. Still, I will go really slow for her and let her know if it gets too intense to let me know and then I can slow things down for her.
All I know is that different people do lots of different things for lots of different reasons and you may or may not get an answer as to why, but you have every right to ask and to learn what made her leave so that you can adjust your behaviors accordingly. Still, if she is not forthcoming, I would chalk it up to experience and just go slower in the future.
At any rate, I hope you find someone who wants to know more about you and what you have been through in your life,....without judging you!!!
