I can feel my anxiety getting worse as the night goes on. I have a job interview tomorrow, it's nothing major and just something to get some money, but I'm panicking and stressing so much. I know for a fact I'm barely going to sleep tonight so I need some advice on how to calm myself down if I panic tomorrow during the interview/team excersises, or if I panic tonight. I usually calm myself by texting my boyfriend, just focusing my mind on that helps, but I can't do that tonight or tomorrow due to him having an exam and needing to sleep/actually sit the exam.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't take any medications and I am seeing my therapist the day after tomorrow, so I can talk to her and find ways more suited to me afterwards..

Just to clarify, I'm not looking for a quick fix or whatever. I know I can't just turn off my anxiety, what I am asking is for advice on how to cope and deal with having this much anxiety and not breaking down in the middle of my interview.

Stress reduction techniques can help, also being more mindful of the "reason" you are having the interview. It is to get some money. That, I think, is a sufficient reason to dispute most all of the anxiety.

I would also suggest that you take particular note that your usual coping mechanism is unavailable (texting your boyfriend). It is a cue that you need some more self regulating anxiety reduction techniques rather than relying on a person other than yourself. People can be unreliable, or under perform. You need to manage, you anxiety on your own terms.

You yourself said, the interview is "no big deal"... I would focus on that going forward in addition to the goal, which is to get more money.
