I seriously think you're putting the cart before the horse here. Unless or until you can unequivocally enter into a roommate agreement without risking them or yourself... well frankly I wouldn't do it. Something to aspire to, well surely... but I'd self examine the motivation that seems to be driving you to this potential decision. Frankly, I'd also hold it suspect unless or until something in yourself proves to be more viable in the longer term. Just part of my safety 101.

Not a desicion yet, something Im wanting and whats driving it is wanting, eventually, for my dad & step mom to move but the numbers dont work even if i strip down to bare min, I cant make it on a single income.

Its not something thats happening tomorrow, next week, or even in the next few months but im working my way in that direction and just want ideas of how to do this saftely and while having PTSD, BPD, GAD and other issues as thats not going away even in a year.

Im 35, I do not want my dad & step mom to live with me forever as my dad thinks he is going to until he passes. Its getting to that time frame of working my way back away from them.
