I have been exhausted and drained all day. I took a nap but I do not feel refreshed. Mabe I will wake up later on.

I swam 20 Laps and walked 20 laps. We took the Blue Dog for a walk!

it is just noon, but I am physically tired,drowsy, and in a fair amount of pain from fibro. Still, I am happy for the most part.

I am getting a birthday cake frappucino from starbucks. My son is too. Just a little treat for a limited time. Have to try it!

Today we are going to replace the blinds in my bedroom to shades that will match my curtains. This will complete my bedroom makeover. Short of painting the walls. It feels good getting this done.

I woke up feeling wonderful because I have not been worrying the past two days.

I have had a very good day. The little one and I have been talking all day today.

Didn't eat too much yesterday as I knew I had a doctor's appointment today to get the stitches taken out. I just had to smile as the nurse took me by the scales so I didn't have to be weighed.

Stitches are out, picked up the daily special at the restaurant, and have a movie to pick up at the library. So far, no hassles for a Monday which I can handle.

Had to take my car in. My husband drove along so that I had a ride back. Son is going to take me back to get it, whenever they call. I'm ready to go out.

A friend came over with a huge container of coconut oil for me as I was running low.

We did talk some as she is a good listener about my neighbor as I notice how much she likes to complain about everything. I needed to voice how I don't like my neighbor's negativity as I then feel like I have to complain too.

We talked about ways for me to handle this situation which helped me when I run into my neighbor again.

I had a full and busy day. I accomplished so much today and it was full and satisfying. A very good friend called me today to tell me how he is doing, he has a lot of health problems but what a sense of humor he has about everything. He made my day. I treated myself to take out for lunch just for me, I have never done that before. My daughter made delicious nachos for dinner and I even did my wash. I had a very good day.

We, my youngest son and I, went to get his passport. We got lost on the way to that cities post office. It was exactly where I thought it was, but I followed mapquest and ended somewhere out in the middle of farmland. Thankfully the post office employee was good about us being late. Then I had an appointment with my med doctor. Everything is going well. We switch to abilify soon since it is now a generic product. I hope it works as well as this latuda.

I had a calm day. The duty call time went by without any incident and since it's a celebrity day in Germany today...I had time for myself. I did the laundry, worked on my thesis, did some sports and watched a funny movie while eating dinner.
